Professional Bio

Hello, my name is Fonda Heath Neal. I maintain a variety of roles, from wife and mother to sister and friend. I have been interested in health and wellness for the past 20 years, including healthy eating practices, physical fitness, reading ingredient labels on products and foods, using “safe” cleaning products, etc.

“I have worked in the healthcare environment for over ten years and have always enjoyed helping people.”

When I started having some health issues and began researching solutions, I realized that natural health was a better approach. Challenges with acid reflux, extremely sensitive skin and extreme sensitivity to fragrances, suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis, sinus infections and colds for years and being told that taking weekly allergy shots or having sinus surgery was the solution, forced me to make some significant diet changes if I wanted to feel good on a daily basis. In addition, with the birth of my son in 2012, I wanted to use products on him and around him that were non-toxic as well as to use products that didn’t exacerbate my sensitivity to fragrance. These changes led me to study the field of holistic health and nutrition in more detail to not only impact my health and my family’s health, but also the health of others.

“In my quest to find healthier, safer, products for me and my family, I made the decision to adopt a holistic lifestyle.”

I researched products and researched products, and researched some more. I use essential oils, homeopathic remedies natural supplements and unscented products made with non-toxic ingredients. I eliminated dairy and refined sugar from my diet in February 2017 and changed my overall eating habits. I no longer have to take allergy or acid reflux medications. I no longer have to see the doctor several times a year for sinus infections, I even lost several unwanted pounds! I feel so much better as a result of the changes I made that I want to help others with their health journey. My interest in natural health and wellness also led me to obtain a certification as a Natural Health Professional. I want to be a resource for honest, researched, natural health and wellness information and for those that want to receive natural health coaching and/or consultation. As an advocate for natural health and wellness, my goal is to provide education and guidance to those in all walks of life.
